Why Eggs Benedict?

Creamy hollandaise, juicy ham, poached eggs (which is arguably the hardest way to cook an egg so that, alone, is super fancy), on a grilled English muffin… why not? It’s what I’m always in the mood for. It’s the one item on any menu that’s consistently good no-matter where I am.

Who even are you?

My name is Becca. I have a passion for writing, food, and art. I’ve loved EB since I was a kid and would eat it with my mom whenever we went out for breakfast. If there’s anything food knows how to do, it’s bring people together. I’m glad you’re here.

Where are you eating?

I live in jolly olde New England, specifically, the teeny tiny state of Rhode Island. I am eating EB anywhere I can get it. This will be mostly local places so if you’re in the RI or Southern MA area, try out some of these spots!
